Unitree raised $905M in its IPO and debuted at a $9B valuation in Q3 2026. On November 5, Agility became the first US pure-play humanoid company on Nasdaq, as AGLT. Public companies publish headcount, equity plans and pay, so expect sharper compensation benchmarks.

Robot brains attract the biggest checks
Physical Intelligence is reported in talks to raise about $1B near a $20B valuation. Skild AI passed a $14B valuation in January and reported over $100M in annual recurring revenue by September. Field AI raised $405M in October. Model builders compete for the same research talent as frontier AI labs.

Pilots turn into shifts and orders
Xiaomi showed humanoids working a full 8-hour shift on November 3. GXO will add Digit at 2 more US sites in early 2027, and Agility reports more than $300M in committed Digit 5 orders. Deployment roles, from robot operations to site leadership, now appear on every major board.
